To simplify your dining experience, we’ve carefully paired two dishes with wines, along with our favorite dessert to conclude your meal. Adding a patriotic touch, we’ve selected two outstanding wine pairings, one white and one red, inspired by the colors of the Polish flag.
First up is the Pinot Blanc 2022, a special collaboration between Winnica Ingrid and BRAĆ Polskie Wina. This limited-edition wine boasts aromas of peaches, apples, and yuzu, perfectly balanced with a refreshing finish. Ideal for seafood and light spring dishes, it embodies the essence of purity. On the red side, we have the Monday Lisa from Dom Bliskowice, an iconic Polish wine from the Małopolski Przełom Wisły region. With its natural, complex, and elegant profile, this wine pairs beautifully with Polish game, beef, lamb, and duck, offering a fruity and smoky character.
To complement these wine selections, we recommend trying the newly added ‘Nowa Mizeria‘. This modern twist on the classic Polish salad features marinated cucumber, kohlrabi, radish, and kiwi carpaccio, served on a bed of sweet and sour cream sauce with a drizzle of herbs and flower oil. Second is the Pate with Duck, hen, turkey liver, pear and thyme and served with rye bread, red fruit jam, and apple pickles. Both dishes offer unique flavors that perfectly complement the wines.
