When the passenger refused, the driver lashed out with a telescopic baton, robbing him of his belongings before fleeing the scene.
Thanks to prompt action by authorities in Piaseczno, the perpetrator was swiftly apprehended in Warsaw, with the weapon used in the assault recovered from his vehicle. Despite admitting to the crime, the assailant claimed confusion over his actions.
