Captured at night, the video feels more like a scene from a scary movie than real life. Some viewers are convinced it’s fentanyl at work, known for putting users into a rigid, zombie-like state. But others? They’re skeptical. “Moth. Good set up guys,” said one commenter, suggesting the whole thing might be a hoax.
For those taking it seriously, it’s a scary sign of fentanyl creeping onto Warsaw’s streets. “Someone’s life is hanging by a thread. Sad situation,” wrote one person online, while another pointed out, “This drug is terrible, it scares that it has already reached PL.” Fentanyl’s reputation is no joke – it’s responsible for over 100,000 deaths in the U.S. over the last few years, and now whispers of its presence in Poland are becoming louder.
The drug is meant for medical use, originally designed as a super-strong painkiller, 50 times more potent than heroin. But on the street, it’s being mixed with all sorts of nasty stuff, turning it into a cocktail of death. Just a tiny dose can slow your heart, mess with your breathing, and cause instant overdose.
While many are taking this as a warning sign, some remain doubtful, thinking it could just be an elaborate prank or “influence stunt” to stir up fear. “After fentanyl, these two guys would long ago lie on their backs,” another skeptical commenter added.
