Warsaw’s Notorious “Frog” on the Run Again: Police Issue Warrant

On The Run

Warsaw’s infamous “Frog,” real name Robert Nogal, is back in the headlines. For those that have never heard of him, he is known for his reckless driving videos in a BMW, Frog first gained notoriety in 2014 for wild stunts through Warsaw’s streets, becoming an internet sensation. Now, police have issued a warrant for his arrest, demanding he serve a six-month prison sentence for violating traffic laws and repeatedly breaking a court-ordered driving ban.

Nogal was last seen at an address on Suwalska Street in Warsaw. After serving time in London in 2022 for 1.5 years, he’s again evading authorities. The Warsaw police’s Criminal Department is appealing to the public for information regarding his whereabouts. Anyone with tips can contact them via phone or email.

Frog’s History of Dangerous Driving

Nogal, notorious for his outrageous driving, made headlines in 2014 when videos of him tearing through Warsaw’s streets went viral. The police had a hard time catching up with his antics, but the internet footage helped seal his infamy. His aggressive and dangerous driving style led to multiple charges, and he was banned from driving.

Frog’s troubles weren’t just local. In January 2022, he was apprehended in London, where he served a year and a half in prison for similar offenses. Despite serving time abroad, Nogal’s rebellious nature hasn’t changed, leading him right back into the spotlight—and trouble—in Warsaw.

The Hunt

Nogal’s continued disregard for traffic laws has now led to his most recent troubles. The District Court of Warsaw Praga Północ issued a warrant for his arrest, requiring him to serve six months behind bars. While Frog’s flashy driving is what first made him famous, it’s now his reckless disregard for the law that has him wanted by the police.

With his history of evading justice and putting lives at risk, it remains to be seen how long Frog will continue to be on the run before facing the consequences of his actions once again. Will this infamous driver finally be stopped for good? Time will tell, but Warsaw’s law enforcement is determined to catch up with him.
