Owned by Karol Szafraniec and Bartek Serdakowski Goldstein, known for their other successful ventures such as Bocca and Buena Vista Social Food, Popolare offers authentic Roman pizza and fresh pasta crafted by chef Michał Kaczmarczyk. The restaurant prides itself on using high-quality ingredients like 5 stagioni superiore flour and San Marzano tomatoes.
At Popolare, guests can enjoy lunch specials on weekdays and indulge in Aperitivo hours from 4 to 6 p.m. with discounted cocktails. The restaurant’s interior, designed by Mikołaj Wojciechowski, Maciej Granecki, and Konrad Sojka, exudes the elegant yet relaxed ambiance of northern Italy, complemented by hand-painted graphics by Karolina Lubaszko.
