OMG! 5 Italian dishes at Allora you just simply have to try before you die!

Looking to tantalize your taste buds with Italian delights you’ve likely never experienced? Look no further than Allora on Wilcza 19, our new favorite Italian restaurant in Warsaw for 2024 and also probably the best looking! With a menu brimming with unique creations, you’ll find yourself returning for more. Here are our top five favorite dishes guaranteed to leave you speechless.

Let’s start with the Antipasti VEGETABLES IN TEMPURA. Prepare your palate for a symphony of flavors and textures as you bite into the crispy tempura batter, revealing the tender zucchini, eggplant, stracciatella, and tomatoes within. Each bite offers a delightful contrast between the crunchy exterior and the succulent vegetables, perfectly complemented by the creamy stracciatella.

Our second antipasti option is the STRACIATELLA: Delight in the harmonious blend of flavors as the sweetness of the roasted tomatoes meets the nuttiness of the toasted almonds, all enveloped in the silky smoothness of the stracciatella cheese. The bright zest of lemon-infused olive oil adds a refreshing citrusy note, while the pillowy softness of the homemade focaccia provides the ideal vessel for savoring every bite.

On to the mains we have the delicious Risotto Alfredo. Immerse yourself in the decadent richness of this creamy risotto, where each spoonful delivers a luxurious combination of buttery indulgence and velvety smoothness. The earthy aroma of fresh truffles permeates every mouthful, enhancing the dish with a subtle yet unmistakable essence of luxury.

Not for everybody but we love it! The TRIPPA ALLA ROMANA. Experience the robust flavors of this traditional Roman dish, where tender beef tripe is simmered to perfection in a hearty tomato-based sauce. The bold notes of black pepper and pecorino romano cheese add depth and complexity, while a hint of mint provides a refreshing contrast, resulting in a truly unforgettable culinary experience.

Last but not least is the light SEDANO RAPA. Revel in the delicate balance of flavors in this light and refreshing dish. The caramelized sweetness of the roasted celery is beautifully complemented by the floral notes of honey and the earthy crunch of walnuts. A vibrant herb gremolata adds a burst of freshness, while the creamy celery cream brings everything together in perfect harmony, leaving your taste buds craving for more. These five dishes not only showcase the culinary creativity of Allora but also offer a sensory journey through the vibrant and diverse flavors of Italian cuisine. Buon appetito!
