The finer things in life have no price!

Noriko Omakase, spearheaded by the skilled duo Magda and Marcin Jasiur, stands as a sushi haven in Warsaw. Chef Marcin’s 14 years of sushi expertise, cultivated internationally, result in some of the city’s finest sushi. Opened in 2023 in Warsaw’s Praga district, Noriko Omakase distinguishes itself by exclusively offering an omakase menu – a personalized dining experience curated by Chef Marcin for an intimate group of eight guests at the bar counter.

The restaurant, designed for direct interaction with the chef, embodies the Japanese concept of Omotenashi, ensuring guests feel both special and comfortable. The omakase dinner unfolds with approximately 20 items, including delicate appetizers, a showcase of nigiri sushi varieties, and a tuna festival featuring different tuna parts. The culinary journey concludes with tamagoyaki, a Japanese omelet.

Emphasizing top-quality ingredients, their renowned bluefin tuna is sourced from Spanish farms, and even their wasabi is grated from fresh rhizomes using a traditional method. The Niigata Rice, a premium Japanese rice brand, further elevates the overall dining experience.

While the cost might seem substantial at 750 PLN/person for the 2.5-hour dinner experience, the exceptional flavors and unforgettable moments make it worth every penny. Reservations are essential through their website, and sessions are available only from Wednesday to Saturday at 7:30 pm. For a more budget-friendly option, they offer a 12-course omakase feast on Sundays at 4 pm for 450 PLN/person, promising a condensed yet delightful experience. Prepare to have your sushi perceptions transformed at Noriko Omakase – where every bite is an unforgettable journey into culinary excellence.
